Welcome to the Employee Care Resources (ECR) website. ECR’s Mission is to provide employees and union members access to a “One Stop” resource for all the custodial care or eldercare needs of the employee and their families. ECR’s services are made available through an Employer or Union at NO Cost to the employer or union. Today, 1 out of every 8 employees is involved in caring for someone over 65. Over the next decade, 1 out of every 3 employees will be faced with a care giving experience. ECR is here to help employees plan ahead and effectively deal with these situations as they arise.

Our Mission

Most of us, at some point in our lifetime, are faced with the challenges that arise when dealing with a long term care or custodial care crisis. It may happen to a parent or loved one. It may even happen to each of us. No matter who it is, doesn’t it make sense to be as prepared as you can and, when you face this situation, to have a resource available to help you navigate through the complex world of custodial care and elder care?

ECR was formed exactly for that reason. ECR is a One Stop Resource for employees and their families who have to deal with these emotionally and financially devastating care giving responsibilities.
