The Program has two key components. At the start, your employees are educated about their options concerning long term care and eldercare planning. This is accomplished through clear and concise communication materials, on-site seminars and workshops, conveniently scheduled webinars, and other forms of communication. In addition, a Care Resource Navigator is assigned to your company and any employee who feels Care giving is having a negative impact on their lives can contact their Care Navigator. The Care Navigator will speak with the Caregiver Employee to complete an assessment on a complimentary basis. This can be done on their lunch hour or before or after business hours. Following the assessment the Care Navigator will guide the Caregiver Employee through the health care maze and make recommendations/referrals from our network of service providers.
To simplify the process, every employee receives a CARD that indicates they are a member of ECR and has the contact information for the Care Resource Navigator assigned to your business. ECR also conducts Monthly Educational Presentations on various topics dealing with custodial care concerns.
There is no charge to the employee for the Education Program or the Care Resource Navigator services. The employee or family member pays the provider only for services used, in many cases at a wholesale or group rate. ECR is paid by its network of providers only when a service is used by an employee or a family member. All service providers in the ECR network are established companies with excellent track records and a demonstrated commitment to high quality service.
